Terms and Conditions for Purchases
The FASTER INSIDE online store is managed by IMANOVA MEDIA SERVICES S.L. CIF B-85518942, located on Calle Gramineas, 7, 28702 San Sebastian de los Reyes, Madrid (SPAIN) as defined by the agreement between FASTER INSIDE S.L. with CIF B-85683852 and IMANOVA MEDIA SERVICES S.L.

The terms and conditions for purchase and use of the website may be modified without previous notice, while always respecting applicable laws and legislation. The products offered on the site, and more specifically the prices, characteristics, promotions and any other information are subject to modification without previous notice.
Product Purchases
The client may purchase the products offered on the www.fasterinside.com
In case the client has made a purchase of a product that is out of stock, IMANOVA MEDIA SERVICES S.L. will notify the client regarding this situation so that the client can decide how to proceed. All of the expenses associated with the purchase order will be detailed out prior to the final purchase confirmation. At the point of the purchase confirmation; the client will need to explicitly accept all of the terms and conditions for purchase and use of the site and will be subject to all these conditions established during use of the site and confirmation of the purchase transaction.
Returns
Given the nature of the products designed for personal use, the client will only be able to return the products purchased within 7 days of having of having received the products as long as the products have not been opened, still maintain their original packaging and all seals are intact. The shipping expenses for the returns will be assumed by the client.
In case the products have manufacturing defects, the client must notify IMANOVA MEDIA SERVICES S.L. of the situation within 7 days of having received the product and include a photograph of the damage for validation. In these situations, and if the damage is not attributable to the client, IMANOVA MEDIA SERVICES S.L. will be responsible for picking up the damaged products and replacing it without any additional cost to the client. The products must have the original packaging in tact and must contain all of the original elements included with the original packaging including the shipping invoice.
The client will have 24 hours from the moment of having received the product to make any claims regarding damages that could have been caused during shipping. Once the initial 24 hours have passed, returns will not be accepted.
The products delivered by mistake or error will be replaced by IMANOVA MEDIA SERVICES S.L. without any expense to the client.
To resolve any incidence or problem, the client should contact IMANOVA MEDIA S.L. via email on clients@imanova.es or by telephone on 902 052 162 during business hours (Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM 7:00 PM.
Privacy Policy and Data Protection
FASTER INSIDE S.L., in dealing with information of a personal nature gathered through the website and INMANOVA MEDIA SERVICES S.L. guarantees full compliance with existing Data Protection laws and legislation. The individual or empowered entity involved in the transaction is informed and provides full consent for the incorporation of their personal information in the data files of FASTER INSIDE S.L. y their use according to the provisions stipulated in the governing law.
FASTER INSIDE S.L. Privacy Policy guarantees the individuals or empowered entities the free right to access, rectify, cancel, modify and repeal the right to use the collected information in line with the rights specified by the law (except in a retroactive fashion). In any case, to exercise these rights the individual or empowered entity should contact FASTER INSIDE S.L. directly at Calle Sanchez Pacheco, 82 Madrid 28002 Spain.
The rightful owner of the data or personal information agrees that their information could be passed on to 3rd parties that may provide data treatment for FASTER INSIDE S.L. and any company in which FASTER INSIDE has en equity stake or association for the sole purpose of providing the services required by the owner of the information.
In virtue of the collaboration agreement between IMANOVA MEDIA SERVICES S.L. and FASTER INSIDE S.L. and in compliance with existing legislation, the rightful owner of the personal information authorizes the transfer of the captured information by IMANOVA MEDIA SERVICES to FASTER INSIDE S.L.
In all cases, the use of collected information will only be used exclusively by IMNOVA MEDIA SERVICES S.L. and FASTER INSIDE S.L. and will never be transferred to other third parties except when required by law.
Intellectual Property and Copyright
All of the images and elements of the website that reference registered trademarks, products, commercial names or elements of intellectual property, are property of their respective owners and is being used with their permission. It is prohibilted to use total or partially and of the content of the website without explicit permission from IMANOVA MEDIA SERVICES S.L. and FASTER INSIDE S.L. or the rightful owner for the content. Any copyright violations are subject to prosecution.
